Bio

Origin

Vito De Actuis’s father was a trader, his father's father was a trader. Operating out of Wakinuke near Miroman, "Bare Feet" led a simple life in the family business. Groomed to eventually succeed his father, “Feet” worked as a sales rep opening up new markets and new relationships with the usually effective ice-breaker of, "why aren't you wearing any shoes?" Charmed by the answer (words of advice from his mother, a starship mechanic for the family business) Feet and the business continued to grow to new heights.

The Fall of Miroman

Early in 3303, after the Empire had retreated from the area, Federal control and a faction aligned to Felicia Winters came into power. The Corporate stranglehold on the sphere was too much for a small family business to compete. New landing fees, transaction taxes, System Sec infrastructure etc... the family quickly fell into debt with Feet's father falling ill from the additional stress.

After making his way back from a haul to Chona, Feet returned home to find his father, mother, wife and son gone. His Daughter-in-Law to be informed him of the Corporation's seizure of all assets and that his family was sold to unregulated slavers to pay off the existing debt, their whereabouts unknown. Fleeing back to Chona, Feet went into hiding using contacts made at the black-market there to shield his identity and locate his lost family.

In service to Aisling

After several months of working with the black market at Smoot Station, Feet came under the scrutiny of system security and was arrested. Instead of punishment, security referred him to the controlling faction. They believed his many trading contacts made him a suitable addition to the faction and Aisling by helping spread her influence in the galaxy.

Persuaded by their dedication to ending the practice of slavery, Feet was enlisted into the service of Aisling. His duties conduct covert operations on behalf of cooperative governance. In recognition of his service Feet eventually rose to second in command of an elite paramilitary force focused on raiding Federal space.

After the success of Operation Valentine and the mass retreat of Feds, Feet was rotated off the front lines for R&R at headquarters in Cubeo where he has resettled on Cubeo 3.

Tenure in the Prismatic Imperium In March 3305 Feet received his commission with the Branch of Vigor. Continuing to coordinate raids against Federals, Feet initially only took a passing interest in the affairs of the Imperium. Feet prefers to stay uninvolved and act as special counsel when requested until his service is once again required.
