Commander Cogswolf, known as Cogs for his rather antique and outdated bionic arm, prior Federation enthusiast. His fellow division mates in the Navy dubbed him Commander Cogs von Wolf, which later simply became "Cogswolf",(A name that quickly stuck) after his incident in Sol, costing him his left arm.

Born in Wolf 867 and later stationed in Neto under Federation duty, Most of his dated life was within the Navy assertion. Now living nomadically at home in Cubeo, much has brightened up for opportunities and life with the Prismatic Imperium.
