This week’s spotlight shines on BigSix, “Your auditing experts”.

The Doctoral Exchange Programme has been canceled following news of the withdrawal of the Empire from galactic collaborative projects. This news comes as a shock to many who were either looking forward to the progress of the programme or were partaking in it. The latter have been granted temporary stays within the system until arrangements for their travels home are arranged.

New training programmes will begin soon within the Branch of Vigor for employees, Vigor agents, and citizens alike. The curriculum is yet to be made known, but many speculate it will contain many ‘how-tos’ for self defense, and a panel of ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ during a ‘Q&A’ session. Additionally officials of the Branch of Vigor would like to remind citizens of Cubeo that ‘If you see something, say something’, make sure to do your part as Imperial citizens.

The grounds around the Abyssos Core Installation are being cleaned up as we speak, the project is expected to take several weeks, as much overgrowth has been noted. This news follows in the wake of rumours of the installation’s tourist reopening.

The Bodaball Club in the Rowell district is clearing a nearby field for the construction of new courses for club members to enjoy! In addition they’ve announced the coming of new wine vendors for the weekly wine tastings! How exciting!

Several offices in the Sapphire Commerce Center suffered some minor water damage as a fault was detected in the complex’s fire extinguishing system. We note that nobody was harmed during the incident, and all equipment has been deemed safe. City Emergency Response Teams urge caution to citizens when dealing with anything relating to fire and fire extinguishing, and encourage all to contact them if any problem arises.

The Opera district will be seeing a couple of new fine dining establishments as investment funds are set aside. We have yet to hear what the offerings will be, but we are ensured that they will be only the best for fine arts enthusiasts. Speaking of fine arts, a new performance has debuted and made quite a splash. A wonderful opera piece that centers around Princess Aisling Duval and her family in some recent events. The performance is scheduled for another week before playwrights are given the chance to create a new production.

Exciting new things are being crafted within The People’s Media as I speak, and I’m the one crafting them! New shows are being written as we speak, as well as new segments for our existing news programmes. Stay tuned all next week as planning begins. Additionally I’d like to remind our staff that running in the hallways is not permitted, infractions will be met with penalties. Lastly, we have a new cafe opening up on the 20th floor! For those late night cravings for our writers, or a nice breakfast pick-me-up for the early birds, I look forward to seeing its completion!

The Ciphoit Medical district is receiving a substantial financial boost in an effort to keep the campus grounds clean for all medical facilities, private practices, and hospitals. A large undertaking in its own right. In addition, a new ‘people mover’ tram system will be entering the planning phase, it’ll take visitors throughout the district and through the various medical buildings, allowing for better flow of pedestrian traffic.
