Isroubus

Isroubus is a district of Capital City. It is a prominent commercial district on the West Lake and a view of the Palace Green to the east. It boasts the largest marina in Capital City as well as a large area dedicated to an outdoor market. All transportation systems are either recessed into the ground or hidden from view entirely with only a few exceptions. It also has a boardwalk that connects with Eqimore. The buildings facing the Palace Lake are filled with classy restaurants and tourist attractions taking advantage of the view.

	Old tenants of Isroubus are making way for a new chain of high class restaurants along the lakeside boardwalk. After an influx of tourists made their rounds these past few weeks, new investments have been made to secure the district’s financial situation. Many are eagerly awaiting the new food options for the area.
	The Isroubus West Lake Marina is receiving a facelift this week! I am personally excited for this project as I love sailing. We spoke with the district’s budget committee and they informed us that along with the marina project, they intend on replacing transit tram cars with the latest and greatest! This is an exciting endeavor to see unfold in Capital City!
	The district of Isroubus has begun the transit tram replacement! This above ground transportation system connects the various commerce hotspots of the district and new trams have been long overdue in order to keep up with Imperial visual standards. Patrons should anticipate delays in routes as each line is replaced one after another.
	New trams can now be seen coasting the streets of Isroubus! With this phase of the project complete, city planners begin planning and work on phase 2; new tram stops! It is reported that with the existing stops receiving an upgrade, additional stops will be created in other high traffic areas to bring easier access to the dense commercial shopping spots of the district. Citizens look forward to seeing this project complete!
	The implementation and construction of new tram stops has begun as new funds have been received by the Isroubus district’s budget office. As foot traffic to the major shopping hubs increases, the boon of having easy-to-use, accessible, and high quality public transportation has become ever more apparent and the construction comes at the perfect time! Commuters and shopping patrons alike look forward to getting to use the trams in their daily lives, and we hope you do too!
	The Isroubus district has begun their new “Park Polish Project”, a project consisting of cleaning up and beautifying the district’s parks! With new foliage and decor, it’s sure to catch one’s eye! We spoke with a few citizens and they expressed great interest in the new water features being installed. This is an exciting week for Isroubus, make sure you take time to visit!
	Take a stroll along the Isroubus boardwalk! All this week a mini-festival is taking place as the district’s officials have decided to splurge a little for their patrons! With upgrades and improvements happening behind the scenes, you can be assured that your experience and next visit will be lovely, grand, and fantastic!
