Bona

Bona is a district of Capital City. It is considered the largest commercial area in Capital City. It has direct access to the East Lake thanks to a high traffic river. Most of the transportation systems are under the surface but there are several inter-district roads elevated over the buildings as well. District offers several malls as well. The buildings here are very dense with towers reaching high into the sky. The verticality is spectacular with elevated streets passing under and below sky bridges.

	Recent investments into Bona have sparked city planners to increase the height of some of the buildings! How high is too high? Only one way to find out as architects have sprawled out several plans detailing which buildings will get taller. We can only hope they don’t get so tall that they topple over. The remaining investment budget is reported to be channeled into extend the substructure transportation system improvements from Ruophaco. When this is done, may your next tram ride be smooth and luxurious!
	The height increase of the towering buildings have been completed recently in Bona and new funds have been invested into the district! Officials state that the new money will go into expediting the completion of the Bona portion of the transportation system improvements from Ruophaco. Rumor has it a new underground shopping mall is being planned! It’s been kept in the dark for quite some time, but it’s finally time to shed some light on it. City officials commented saying, “This just feels right, Capital City needs and underground mall away from all the hubbub.” We eagerly anticipate its arrival.
	Our next story brings us to the district of Bona. With the underground mall nearing the final planning stages, the budget committee have received additional investment funds and have decided to use this money to improve the lifts in several of the towering buildings that have received height increases. Patrons will be limited to only a few lift options as workers renovate one lift at a time.
	Bona’s newly planned underground mall has entered the first stage of construction! It’s been reported that this project will take several months to complete. Many things have been taken into consideration such as structural integrity, transit flow, citizen foot traffic, as well the mall’s ability to receive shipments. 	We start off this week with an update on the Bona Grand Sequential Mall. It’s reported that the transit stop has been completed and that the recent investment is being funneled into the mall construction itself. One of the project managers has stated that they intend to purchase additional decor as well as additional high quality building materials! This mall shall be grand indeed!
	Another update to the Bona Grand Sequential Mall has been received! Progress on its construction is moving smoothly as the decor has been purchased and ready to set-up. The Transit stop is the first to receive the lovely decorations. High grade building materials have been purchased to reinforce the foundation and stability structures as well. This project is shaping up perfectly!
	As the Grand Sequential Mall continues it’s construction progress, a new investment has been received by the district of Bona. The Budget Office reports that these funds will be directed to the mall’s intermodal transit known as the “GS-People Mover”. We’ve been told that the construction of the building structure itself has been completed and all that’s left is the interior!
