Rowell

Rowell is a district of Capital City. It is is a well populated housing district between two rivers that flow into the East Lake. Most of the housing consists of large apartment blocks but there are many wealthy estates along the Gleaming Shallows. Other features are a few attractions and a large aquarium built at the Lord Herald's request. Most of the large structures in this district are tiered in a way to give most penthouse tenets access to a private swimming pool on their rooftops.

	New transit expansion ideas are being proposed in the Rowell district. With Mumore Residential’s transit system complete, it was only a matter of time before Rowell’s administration sought to improve their own! The proposed ideas will seek to link with Cront and Mumore Residential in an effort to provide better public transportation for the district’s many residents. This will allow further pedestrian friendly projects to be brought out as well as better commercial shopping initiatives! This is an exciting week!
	The Rowell Metro-Link extensions and stops are being constructed as we speak! Thanks to new investment funds, district officials have been able to come to a unanimous decision and push forward with their new initiative of safe, reliable, and clean public transit for citizens and patrons to enjoy. This project will link with Cront and Mumore to allow for easier transportation between the residential districts.
