The HorseHead Nebula Expedition begins today as Emerald Observatory staff and administration put together their last minute preparations for this yearly trip! The exact itinerary for the trip has been kept hush, though it is expected that there will be several planned stops along the way! In other University news; it is suspected that the hallway vandal is not a vagabond, but an attending student! Many clues have been uncovered to lead to such a conclusion as the investigation remains underway. 
New industry leading companies are starting to move into the Ruophaco district as more warehouses change hands and newer units become available. This comes just after the announcement of Taurus Mining Ventures’ newest announcement of their plans in the Synuefe EN-H d11-106 system, goodness that’s a mouthful. Sources say they plan on building a field office here in Capital City, but who’s to say if such rumors will come into fruition.
Trapeze Island Resort has received a substantial investment that’s allotted for the improvements of the Blue Lotus. Following the incident that occurred several weeks ago, work has not ceased on touching up the illustrious restaurant and refurbishing some of the little details that may have become tarnished over time. While still open for business, a grand re-opening is rumored to be scheduled sometime soon.
Ruby Citadel has received a nice little thank you from our very own Marina Yao. The Vigor Budget Office has reportedly set aside the funds for additional equipment and transportation for the various Vigor field offices and their staff. Be sure to thank your local Vigor officer next time you see them!
With the harbor expansion complete, the Opera House High Society will be holding an exclusive event to celebrate the occasion. Said to be invite only, this will be a party for the ages as dignitaries from around the Empire visit our wonderful city! As a side; while they say it’s invite only, I have the ability to grant you one! Just ask me! I may or may not say yes, ‘tis a gamble!
The Mobile Park Pets Extravaganza has made a return to Aamofsa once again. The largest park of the district will be home to several enclosures and walk-abouts for students and patrons to enjoy. This will also be a fantastic time to donate funds to your local animal shelter and many will be organising right in the park! What a wonderful time!
The marketplace on Chelomey Orbital is preparing to renovate many of the buildings’ support systems, structurally and life-wise! This comes as investors look to improve the overall quality of the station at large and many are starting here as it is considered a high traffic area next to the bars and galleries themselves. In other Chelomey news, sightings of litter have been reported from all over the station and The Administration of the Overseers is enlisting the help of CMDRs and travelers to do their part in helping keep the station clean. So please, next time you see a cup, or piece of paper, or a dirty rag laying around, throw it out!
